When the sunshine is doing its best to turn the Costa Blanca into a giant air fryer, the last thing many of us feel like doing is standing in a hot kitchen cooking Sunday lunch.
That's where Chef Karen and Dave come in. ❤️
For more than three decades, The Sands Bistro's Sunday Roast has been bringing people together around proper home-cooked food, generous portions and all the comforting flavours that make Sundays special.

Research Has Been Conducted... 🍋😂
In the interests of quality control, somebody had to taste the lemon tart.
The findings were as follows:
✔️ Beautifully smooth lemon filling
✔️ Perfect sweet-and-zesty balance
✔️ Delicious buttery biscuit base
✔️ Outstanding with vanilla ice cream
✔️ Gone much faster than expected
Conclusion:
Chef Karen's homemade lemon tart remains one of the most delicious ways to end a meal at The Sands Bistro.
Further research is ongoing.

But... what about Chef Karen's Homemade Bailey's Cheesecake??? 😱😱😱😍😍
Looks like we'll have to try that dessert again..... just to be sure!
