WiFi is free of charge and covers the whole Complex of Nautilus Lanzarote Art & Biosphere Hotels. Directly in front of Reception Building there is a big, free car park. Nautilus is very well known for his excellent service and the staff will to everything possible for you to have a relaxed and carefree holiday. The distance to the with the blue Flag awarded beach is about 100meters. The promenade from which you can either go to our capital Arrecife (about 8km) or into the old Town of Puerto del Carmen (about 8km) you will reach after 60 meters. A small Shopping Centre with plenty of Restaurants and Souvenir Shops is just 80m away. Since 2004 we are getting rewarded on a yearly basis from the UNESCO, Biosphere Responsible Tourism & Travel Forever as well as from ITR (Institute of Responsible Tourism).. We use mostly “clean energy” due to that we have installed a Photovoltaic Construction. Nautilus Lanzarote Art & Biosphere is not only known for environment friendly and accessible Holidays, we are involved in Art and Culture as well. We have placed in our 12.000m2 Garden Area and in the Apartments more than 500 different kind pieces of Art works. The furniture in the apartments and in the common areas is very modern. Every apartment is decorated individually with art pieces from our collection. In the Living room you will find dining area, sleeping couch, table and chairs also a Flat screen Sat-TV (Full 32 Zoll HD) with IP Technology. A phone complete the equipment. The bedrooms offer a large wardrobe where is enough space to store a suitcase, bedside table, Ironing Board and Iron, Safe (extra charge) and a ceiling fan. In some apartments we have installed A/C units, due to that we have just a few units you should make the reservation for a air conditioned unit. For the use of the A/C we charge an extra fee. Our kitchens are fully equipped with ceramic hotplates (2-4), Kettle, Microwave, Oven, Fridge, Toaster, Coffee Machine, Italian Moka (on request without extra charge)
In the bathrooms (47 are accessible) we provide biological soap on the basin and in the shower, Hairdryer and a fixed to the wall, flexible Mirror. All Apartments have their own private, furnished Terrace and a small Patio. Cleaning service 6 days per week. Change of the bed linen once a week (additional change against fee). of Towels Change 3 times a week (additional change against fee). You can order a wake up call one day in advance at reception, as well as late check out (subject of availability, with an additional charge)
For late arrivals we are happy to organize a “Welcome Pack” which will be in your apartment upon arrival, please ask for it when confirming your reservation. For early departures or if you are going on an excursions we can prepare you a “Picnic” Please notify reception the previous day until 12:00 a.m.
