Spaanse telecombedrijven zijn bezig de chattapp Telegram uit de lucht te halen. Ze doen dat op last van een hoge rechter. Aan het begin van de avond zal Telegram, zo wordt gezegd, in heel Spanje plat liggen. Als de blokkade inderdaad totaal wordt, is Spanje het eerste Europese land dat zo ver gaat.
