🇺🇸Unfortunately i have some news to my friends.

I no longer take part of working in my current location due to personal opinions from my formal boss and i.

Nevertheless it was a great experience during these 13 months of creating almost 200 dishes for his restaurant.

I will be starting another project soon and will always keep you posted.

Meanwhile, i am offering myself as a private chef to cook in your home,so of you ever need me please give me a call!!

🇪🇸Desafortunadamente tengo algunas noticias para mis amigos.

Ya no trabajo en donde estoy debido a las opiniones personales de mi ex-jefe y yo.

Sin embargo, fue una gran experiencia durante estos 13 meses de crear casi 200 platos para su restaurante.

Pronto comenzaré otro proyecto y siempre te mantendré informado.

Mientras tanto, me ofrezco como chef privado para cocinar en tu casa, ¡así que si alguna vez me necesitas, por favor llámame!

After 26 years with my business of monkey, we’ve decided to let an active partners join us.
One of the main reasons is that my wife has not been able to work for the last year and will soon have her pre pension due to her sickness. I can’t do that many hours nowadays.
They’ll be running the restaurant as from last week under the name of Mico’s Bistro. Mico is Monkey in Mallorquin.
Nico and Michael will manage the restaurant as from now for the next two years. If they run the place well, they will buy my premises. So lets give them some support and constructive criticism, greeting them to our neighborhood of San Agustin!

As for me, i have taken a turn in my life and have decided to work as an employee for another company. They have contracted me as their Grillmaster at the Calanova Port “RESTAURANT NOVA DE MAR.”

Después de 26 años con mi negocio de Monkey, hemos decidido dejar que un socio activo se una a nosotros.

Una de las principales razones es que mi esposa no ha podido trabajar durante el último año y pronto será jubilada por enfermedad. Hoy en día no puedo hacer tantas horas.

A partir de la semana pasada, dirigirán el restaurante con el nombre de Mico's Bistro. Mico es mono en Mallorquin.

Nico y Michael se encargarán del restaurante a partir de ahora durante los próximos dos años. Si dirigen bien el lugar, comprarán nuestro local. ¡Así que es es vamos a darles algo de apoyo y críticas constructivas,dándoles una buena bienvenida lya nuestro vencindario de San Agustin!

En cuanto a mí, he dado un giro en mi vida y he decidido trabajar como empleado para otra empresa. Me han contratado como su Grillmaster en el puerto de Calanova "RESTAURANTE NOVA DE MAR".

Espero veros a todos allí y también darme un poco de apoyo
