A little reminder about bookings..
We know everyone is busy, and we always do our absolute best to accommodate you, but with how extremely busy we’ve been lately, we just wanted to clarify a few things..
Last-minute bookings: If you’re looking to book last minute, please call the landline.. 865 770 477 rather than messaging our social media. During service we simply cannot keep up with messages quickly enough, and it's the fastest way to see if we have any space available.
Cancellations: Please give us as much notice as possible if you need to cancel. We’ve recently had cancellations being made after the booking time or by message during service, which unfortunately means we may not see them until much later. A quick phone call is always best for anything urgent.
Booking in advance: If you know you’re coming, we highly recommend booking in advance to secure the date and time you want. We’ve been exceptionally busy and are regularly reaching full capacity.
No shows: Please be aware that if you have a reservation and you have not arrived within 15 minutes of your booking time, your table may be given away.
With how busy we currently are, we simply cannot hold tables for guests who are significantly late or do not show up. If you’re running late, please call us as soon as possible to let us know.
