Cada semana hacemos nuestra croquetilla de jamón desde cero, a mano, en la cocina de producción.

Se pocha la cebolla, se le suma el jamón, caldo, leche… y a partir de ahí: 🔒 TOP SECRET.

El truco final no sale de esta cocina 😏 Lo que sí te podemos jurar: ni bolsa, ni fábrica, ni congelador. Solo oficio (y un secretillo que nos llevamos a la tumba).
