Brambles Bar for Sale lease- €35,000
The time has come for us both to move on to pastures new. We were looking to sell the bar by the end of 2026, but as a few will know that recently, I have had health issues, so this has prompted our decision to accelerate the sale, so we can go off and fulfil our dreams to travel, hence the very attractive selling price.
This is an amazing community and Brambles, including Shezz, has been at the heart of that for 21 years. Brambles is a very successful bar, known for great Bingo and Quiz nights, as well as a place to watch your favourite sport, but in recent times, for obvious reasons, the bar has not been running to its full potential, so there is massive scope for growth with the new owners.
We both would like to say a big thankyou for all the memories and support from our customers over the years, this is much appreciated.
