The owner and Chef, Tito Piazza, believes that sustainable and seasonal ingredients are the keys to providing a memorable menu for anyone looking to dine in town. Situated at the center of Plaza del Parque, L.O. has created a distinctly laid-back atmosphere by mixing industrial-chic with a rough, raw, down to earth aesthetic. The music is a mix of beachy bossa nova and reggae with electro and rock thrown in. The bar serves up a long wine list and a fun weekly mixology based cocktail menu.
