An evening where the light of the Mediterranean meets the excellence of the Dolomites.

The Federico Illuminated bottles are crafted with meticulous attention to every detail: recycled glass, eco-friendly paints and no plastic coatings.

You will have the opportunity to taste the following bottles at our restaurant:

- Federico Prosecco Illuminated
100% Glera, with a fine and elegant perlage, complemented by delicate notes of green apple.
- Federico Rosé Illuminated
Fresh and refined, enhanced by a distinctive pink glow.

Completing the evening, an exceptional Wagyu from the Dolomites, raised outdoors at an altitude of 2,000 metres and awarded the Gold Medal.

Two expressions of excellence, born from different territories yet united by the same philosophy: respect for the finest ingredients, artisanal craftsmanship and a pursuit of authenticity.
