We were inspired by the medicinal properties of fruit and vegetables that are missing from many our diets today. Life is better with smoothies, it is one of the best way to get all those vitamins, minerals and nutrients we often lack. Fresh fruit and vegetable juices are a great addition to any diet and you will notice a massive improvement in the way you feel
