Our Thai Holy Basil Chicken brings the heat with fiery chilli, fragrant holy basil grown fresh in our garden, and rich savoury flavour, finished with a crisp fried egg over jasmine rice. A dish born on the bustling streets of Thailand, where it’s cooked fast, eaten late and shared over warm evenings and cold drinks.
Now it’s one of the most popular dishes here at Secret Garden too — best enjoyed alfresco, with a glass of wine, good company and a little chin-chin under the garden lights.
