Bei Superfood.Garden nehmen wir nahrhafte Bio-Lebensmittel sehr ernst. Aus diesem Grund sind alle unsere Teller mit unserem eigenen selbstgezogeben Mikrogemüse angereichert. Diese kleinen Babypflanzen sind voller kondensierter Nährstoffe und erwiesenermaßen weitaus gesünder als ihre ausgewachsenen Gegenstücke! For our non-vegan, non vegetarian guests we also have some tasty dishes. What do you think about our Ocean Burger? A delicious piece of salmon steak, hand breaded in crispy oats and cooked to perfection. On our homemade sour dough burger bun, with microgreens, steamed onions, cucumber, steamed sweet potato slices and our delicious honey-mustard sauce. You got to try it to believe it!

Für unsere nicht-veganen, nicht-vegetarischen Gäste haben wir auch einige leckere Gerichte. Was haltet ihr von unserem Ocean Burger? Ein köstliches Stück Lachssteak, von Hand in knusprigem Hafer paniert und perfekt zubereitet. Auf unserem hausgemachten Sauerteig-Burgerbrötchen, mit Microgreens, gedämpften Zwiebeln, Gurken, gedämpften Süßkartoffelscheiben und unserer leckeren Honig-Senf-Sauce. Man muss es ausprobieren, um es zu glauben!

Para nuestros clientes no veganos, no vegetarianos también tenemos algunos platos sabrosos. ¿Qué te parece nuestra Ocean Burger? Un delicioso filete de salmón, empanado a mano en avena crujiente y cocinado a la perfección. En nuestro pan de hamburguesa casero de masa de madre, con microgreens, cebollas al v***r, pepino, rodajas de boniato al v***r y nuestra deliciosa salsa de miel y mostaza. Tienes que probarla para creerla!

One of our chef’s first chores of the day, is hand picking the vegetables and microgreens for our dishes. If necessary, this will be done several times a day, to ensure the freshest and most nutritious vegetables go on your plate.

Eine der ersten Aufgaben des Küchenchefs des Tages ist es, das Gemüse und die Microgreens für unsere Gerichte von Hand zu pflücken. Dies geschieht bei Bedarf mehrmals täglich, um sicherzustellen, dass das frischeste und nahrhafteste Gemüse auf Ihren Teller kommt.

Una de las primeras tareas del día del cocinero es recoger a mano las verduras y los microgreens para nuestros platos. Si es necesario, esto se hará varias veces al día, para asegurar que las verduras más frescas y nutritivas vayan a su plato.
