This time, we’re introducing Gosha — a home-kitchen chef and the creator of these special syrki.

A love for hosting friends, experimenting with flavors, and sharing great food inspired him to create three unique desserts, available at SOUVENIR from June 25 to July 10.

🍴Meat Delicacies is a platter made for sharing around the table. Smoked duck, roast beef from beef tenderloin, beef bacon smoked in our own oven, pork brisket, a soft young cheese made from cow’s, sheep’s, and goat’s milk, and bright accents of pickled pearl onions, Thai chili, pickled peppers, and chives — everything comes together especially well for a long evening in good company.
