Es más un estilo de vida, un concepto, una ética.Queremos crear momentos gastronómicos utilizando recetas de todo el mundo, productos de temporada, materiales biodegradables. Detrás de la palabra “comida” hay una multitud de significados, sensaciones, momentos, estilos, culturas, colores, viajes o texturas. Nuestro desafío tiene como objetivo presentar la comida en su forma más pura, rica y genuina, con un toque de vanidad y respetando el medio ambiente. Un proceso que nos lleva a repensar y mejorar nuestra relación con la comida, con la mesa, con los invitados.

We’re all about a lifestyle, a concept, ethics. We want to create gastronomic experiences using recipes from around the world, seasonal products and biodegradable materials. Behind the word “food” there is an array of definitions, sensations, moments, styles, cultures, colors, experiences or textures. Our challenge is to present food in its purest, richest and most genuine form, with a touch of vanity and respecting the environment. A process that leads us to rethink and improve our relationship with food, with the table, with the guests.
