Kevin doesn’t particularly like the spotlight, but we thought it was about time for an appreciation post.

Fish Bowl has been driven by his obsession with doing things properly. From the food and ingredients to the atmosphere, service and smallest details, there’s usually Kevin somewhere behind it asking how it could be better.

He’s definitely not afraid to get his hands dirty either. If a problem appears, he’ll find a way to solve it, even if that means tackling a plumbing project at 10pm.

Having someone like that at the helm makes a real difference. It sets the standard and motivates the whole team to keep pushing for better.

So, this one's for Kevin and everything he’s built at Fish Bowl.

He’ll probably tell us to get back to posting the food after this. 😅

Kevin no es precisamente un amante de los focos, pero creemos que ya era hora de dedicarle un post.

Fish Bowl ha crecido impulsado, en gran parte, por su obsesión por hacer las cosas bien. Desde la comida y los ingredientes hasta el ambiente, el servicio y los detalles más pequeños, detrás de todo suele estar Kevin, preguntándose cómo se podría hacer aún mejor.

Y tampoco tiene ningún problema en ensuciarse las manos. Si surge un problema, buscará la forma de solucionarlo, aunque eso signifique ponerse con una avería de fontanería a las 10 de la noche.

Tener a alguien así al frente marca una diferencia real. Marca el nivel y motiva a todo el equipo a seguir buscando siempre cómo mejorar.

Así que este post va por Kevin y por todo lo que ha construido en Fish Bowl.

Probablemente después de esto nos diga que volvamos a publicar fotos de la comida. 😅

From the spirits we choose to the ingredients, garnishes and final details, our bar follows much the same philosophy as our kitchen: start with quality and give it some personality.

Our mixologist, Alex, takes inspiration from classics around the world, then makes them distinctly Fish Bowl.

The whole team was friendly, respectful, and highly professional throughout the job. They worked to a very high standard, kept everything clean and tidy, and always cleaned up after themselves.
