We're a specialty coffee shop in Alicante, Spain with a warm, cozy ambiance perfect for any occasion be it socialising, studying or tele-working. Our dedication to high quality ingredients has lead us to serve only specialty coffee and tea, offer a selection of natural wines, make our own sourdough bread in-house and source our fruits & veggies seasonally from the local market. We love our communi

ty and we enjoy sharing the things we like with you, so the products on our shelves are rotated frequently. There's a featured "guest roaster" each month and the wines are constantly changing too. Even the the artwork changes every now and then in order to exhibit different local artists. Our goal is to provide quality service and specialty food & drinks, all in a cozy & inviting space. Some breakfasts don’t need rushing. 🙃

Our avocado toast is built on toasted sourdough with smashed avocado, perfectly poached eggs and fresh pico de gallo. Bright, simple, filling, and made for slower mornings in Alicante.

The kind of breakfast that works just as well after a swim, a morning walk through the city, or settling into a few hours of work with good coffee nearby.

If you’re searching for brunch in Alicante city centre, or a specialty coffee spot with fresh seasonal food, this one deserves a place on your table.

A new favourite on our breakfast menu. 🍓

Tostada francesa with fresh strawberries and pistachio cream. Soft, warm, slightly indulgent, but still the kind of thing you can sit with slowly over coffee.

It’s part of our refreshed seasonal day menu at SIP and Wonder, in the centre of Alicante. Built for mornings that turn into late breakfasts, and breakfasts that turn into lunch.

It started with the evenings we already loved here.
Friends around the table, something open on the counter, plates passed without thinking too much about it. Good records playing, low light, time stretching a little longer than expected.

Now, we’ve made space for that feeling.

Seasonal small plates, made to share.
A wine list shaped by sommeliers, with bottles from Rioja, local producers, and a few we simply wanted to drink ourselves. The same SIP you know by day, but slower, softer, and a little more intimate at night.

If you’re looking for a wine bar in Alicante city centre, somewhere for a Thursday that turns into a late dinner, or a Friday or Saturday night that doesn’t feel forced, this is it.

🌙 Semana de apertura de SIP de Nuits. ✨

Unos días que se sintieron exactamente como los imaginábamos — el espacio lleno, copas de vino, platos pasando de mano en mano, conversaciones que se alargaban un poco más de lo previsto.

Ha significado mucho poder compartir esto con vosotros.
Ver caras conocidas, otras nuevas, y sentir cómo el espacio iba cambiando poco a poco, volviéndose más calmado, más lento, a medida que caía la noche.

You sit, have a coffee, and for a short moment, everything slows down. You leave with a portrait in Kate’s own style, something small, but lasting.
