We have updated our wine list recently and would like to introduce you to two of our favourites The bodega, Catro e Cadela, located inland in Galicia is run by two women both experts in their field. The white is made with 100% Godello and has a very limited production. It has 5 months in French oak barrels giving a complex fruit & floral character with mineral notes. It’s delicious.
The red is made from 100% Mencia. It’s a young, fresh & fruity wine with a minerality coming from the slate soil. A light, easy drinking red that can also be served chilled 🍷
