This is a fast-paced brunch café with high standards and a strong focus on customer experience. We’re looking for someone friendly, efficient, and confident who can keep service running smoothly during busy shifts.

We’re looking for someone who:
- Has previous waiting / hospitality experience
- Barista Experience is preferred
- Is comfortable working in a busy environment
- Is fast, organised, and attentive
- Has great customer service and communication skills
- Is reliable, positive, and a team player
- Must speak English and Spanish is preferred as we have a large spanish community .

What we offer:
- Full contract with 40 hours per week
- Daytime shifts only
- Tip share
- Room to grow as the business expands

Esta es una cafetería de brunch con un ritmo de trabajo dinámico, altos estándares y un fuerte enfoque en la experiencia del cliente. Buscamos a alguien amable, eficiente y seguro de sí mismo que pueda mantener el servicio funcionando sin problemas durante los turnos de mayor afluencia.

Buscamos a alguien que:
- Tenga experiencia previa como camarero/a o en hostelería
- Se valorará experiencia como barista
- Se sienta cómodo/a trabajando en un ambiente concurrido
- Sea rápido/a, organizado/a y atento/a
- Tenga excelentes habilidades de atención al cliente y comunicación
- Sea responsable, positivo/a y con espíritu de equipo
- Imprescindible hablar inglés; se valorará el español

Lo que ofrecemos:
- Contrato indefinido de 40 horas semanales
- Solo turno diurno
- Reparto de propinas
- Oportunidades de crecimiento a medida que el negocio se expanda

We wanted to show you exactly where your Pup Cup money goes… so today we headed down to Refugio K9 Tenerife to meet some of the amazing dogs they’re caring for and see the work they’re doing first-hand. 🐶🇪🇸

For every Pup Cup sold at Routine, we donate €1 to K9 Tenerife and Live paws 🐾 spit equally between both charities. That means every time you treat your little bestie to a Pup Cup, you’re also helping a dog who needs a second chance. 🥹

Today we visited K9 Tenerife…a home to dogs who have been abandoned, rescued, or are simply waiting for their forever home. The team work every single day to care for them, provide food, shelter and help them find loving families ❤️

We got to spend some time with the dogs today and honestly… it really puts into perspective just how much these charities rely on support from the community. Every little bit genuinely helps. 🐾

So next time you’re at Routine and grab a Pup Cup, remember that €1 of that purchase is going straight towards helping these beautiful dogs. 🥰
