The Sunwing Waterworld Makadi Hotel offers a beachfront location with impressive views over Makadi Bay. The hotel is linked to the neighbouring Makadi Spa Hotel, Makadi Palace Hotel and the Grand Makadi Hotel by a promenade that extends along the shore. Guests can enjoy an additional selection of bars, restaurants and evening entertainment at the nearby Makadi Mall, or take the regular free shuttl

e bus to the Grand Mall in Hurghada, just 30km away. This luxury resort extends over several levels and is designed in the oriental style. There is a spacious lobby with reception offering free WiFi access and a comfortable lobby bar. There are more bars throughout the hotel plus a variety of buffet and speciality restaurants, with indoor and outdoor seating. Evening entertainment is provided in the show bar on the beach promenade. The real star of the Sunwing show is the huge water park. The hotel is built around the water park which offers a variety of exciting aquatic features including water slides (515 metres in total!), waterfalls, a wave pool, FlowRider, children’s water fortress and a lazy river as well as plenty of more relaxing pools. Some of the swimming pools are heated in winter. Sun-loungers and parasols are provided free of charge at the beach and pool, and a beach bag with beach towels is provided in every room. The hotel has its own pharmacy and shopping boutiques.
