We are looking for an experienced cost controller for the restaurant. The chosen person will be responsible for controlling and monitoring restaurant total expenditure including verifying and checking invoices and claims from suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure that all expenditures are captured and properly recorded.
Requirements:
1. Minimum 4 years' experience working in cost control
2. Management experience strongly preferred
3. Exceptionally well organized with an aptitude for data
4. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Arabic
5. Able to generate budgets and reports

Give prepared plates the “final touch”

Maintain a positive and professional approach with coworkers and customers

The main requirements are the ability to speak english, punctuality, strong organisational and time management skills and of course the ability to come up with delicious food recipes.
