Sushi Club Hurghada — 2025 Highlights
The outgoing year 2025 has been a year of bold flavors, creative experiments, and major menu expansions for Sushi Club Hurghada. As always, we continued introducing our guests to Pan-Asian cuisine, expanding taste horizons and breaking familiar stereotypes.
And yes — just as promised, we launched beef into space 🚀
🔥 Wok & Beef “Bifu”
This year, our Wok section was enriched with hearty and flavorful new dishes: noodles and glass noodles with beef (Bifu Udon and Bifu Harusame). Deep, rich flavors, a perfectly balanced sauce profile, and a distinctive Asian character.

🍛 New Section — Curry
One of the biggest highlights of the year was the launch of our dedicated Curry section, featuring original chef interpretations of Pan-Asian classics:

🥟 Homemade Gyoza
Another welcome addition for Asian cuisine lovers is our homemade gyoza, crafted in-house using traditional recipes.
Available in three variations:

Shrimp

This year, we also introduced a brand-new Signature Dishes section, bringing together our most exclusive creations — the embodiment of years of experience in Pan-Asian cuisine:

🍩 Sushi Donuts — A Fusion Masterpiece
A true hit of modern Japanese fusion cuisine, sushi donuts (also known as sushi donats) are now featured in our Nigiri section.
With multiple flavor variations available, the standout is the donut topped with real salmon roe — a dish you can try only at Sushi Club in Hurghada.

🐉 Dragons & California Rolls
Throughout the year, our menu welcomed three spectacular dragon rolls:
Black Dragon with eel
Caterpillar with avocado and tempura shrimp
Royal Dragon — a luxurious combination of classic flavors, tobiko roe, salmon, chuka salad, and eel
The California section was also expanded with signature rolls:
Green Giza
Hanabi
Syakebushi
Unique flavor combinations — created especially for those tired of the standard Japanese menu in Hurghada.
🍣 Maki, Tempura & Sets
Our Maki section was expanded with favorites among younger guests: Shiitake Maki and Ebi Maki
In the Tempura section (on our website and in the Sushi Club App), crispy croquettes have appeared
