Today we did produce 4 kg of fresh Mozzarella and we sold everything in 2 hours. We kindly ask our customers to don't be upset because don't find Mozzarella. Pasta with bacon ( or Beef Bacon ) and Stracciatella di Bufala

A first simple dish to delight the most discerning palate . This pasta with bacon and stracciatella di Bufala well as being very delicious is also the right solution when you return late from work and you have little time to devote to the kitchen .
350 g. Pasta, Spaghetti or Penne
100 g. Bacon or Beef Bacon
100 g. Stracciatella di Bufala
1/2 Onion
2 Eggs
50 g. Parmigiano Reggiano
2 Spoons of Olio extravergine d'oliva (EVO)
5 g. Black Pepper
