The company began its venture with the launch of the first Café Mo branch. It immediately became an instant hit as it introduced a novel concept to Cairo; offering the customer a fine dining experience in regards to the food, service, menu items and lavish decoration, whilst maintaining the comfortable atmosphere of an everyday café. With a dedicated management team adamant on making every little
aspect count in their operation, success was reached and maintained. Café Mo has continued to gather the support of a strong and loyal customer base, ranging from families to businessmen and celebrities. Expansions were quick to take
place. MoFoods has now grown to become the proud owner of 4 popular and high-capacity outlets in Egypt; 2 in Cairo, 1 in the North Coast, and 1 in Sheikh Zayed, 6th October City. In 2003, MoFoods launched its second brand, Mo Catering, once again introducing an innovative concept, that of “Personal Catering,” namely catering for home events ranging from 30-100 pax. The venture reaped great success and allowed Mo Catering to raise investments in the company to be able to expand the business on a larger scale, catering from 25 up to 2000 pax. Since 2003, Mo Catering has catered for over 400 events, ranging from personal catering to corporate functions, embassy events, birthdays, private parties and weddings.
