With me cooking is not an ordeal ....it is a passion! I love to do creative cooking and teach others to fall in love with cooking, not to hate it!! I specialize in Indian & Lebanese cuisines. Incidentally I own two Indian restaurants in Cairo, Egypt.
I'm presently in Beirut and interested to take Cookery Classes at your home for individuals or Groups. The courses are so designed that you can quickly learn how to cook and feed your family & friends an array of Indian dishes (from starters to dessert) which will all taste like Indian restaurant food!! I can also guide you on procurement of the spices - everything is available in Beirut.For Lebanese cuisine , you name the dish and I can teach you how to achieve the perfect taste!!
I also do catering from my kitchen. Your Home Delivery or Party orders can be supplied from my kitchen.
