إحنا اتعرضنا لعملية نصب عن طريق InstaPay ثلاث مرات .

العميلة طلبت أوردر، وبعتت Screenshot يفيد إن المبلغ اتحول ولأننا طول عمرنا بنثق في عملائنا والكاشير عندنا متعود على التعامل بحسن نية ، تم تسليم الأوردر عن طريق أوبر للعميلة .

تاني يوم نفس العميلة طلبت أوردر جديد، وقالت إن أوبر هيستلمه لأن مكانها بعيد. وبعد حوالي نص ساعة تواصلت معانا وقالت إن عندها ظرف طارئ ومحتاجة الفلوس ال هي حولتها .. وبما إننا كنا فاكرين إن التحويل وصل بالفعل، وتم رفع الموضوع للإدارة، تم تحويل قيمة الأوردر ليها .

محدش وقتها كان متخيل إن الـ Screenshots اللي بتتبعت مزورة.

في اليوم التالت حاولت تعمل نفس الموضوع مرة كمان، وهنا الكاشير بدأ يشك إن في حاجة غلط و طلب تدخل الاداره وبعد مراجعة كل الـ Screenshots والتحويلات اتأكدنا إنها مزورة وإنه كان في محاولة استغلال لثقتنا في عملائنا أكتر من مرة و لحسن نية موظفينا و الان التحويلات دي بتم كثير علشان نقدر نسهل على عملائنا .

احنا وصلنا لصوره العميلة عن طريق المكان ال بيتم تحول عليه الفلوس و هيتم اتخاذ الإجراءات اللازمه علشان نمنع الأسلوب الجديدة ده في النصب انه ينتشر و يضر ناس تانية كثير .

بنشارك القصة دي مش بهدف التشهير بأي شخص، ولكن كتحذير لكل أصحاب المطاعم والمشروعات اللي بتعتمد على Screenshots التحويلات فقط.

وعشان نحافظ على حقوق المكان وحقوق عملائنا، قررنا إيقاف التعامل بـ InstaPay بشكل مؤقت لحين وضع آلية تحقق تضمن وصول الأموال فعليًا قبل تسليم أي طلب.

برجاء عدم الاعتماد على أي Screenshot كإثبات للدفع، والتأكد من وصول المبلغ داخل الحساب قبل تسليم الطلب.

شكرًا لكل عملائنا المحترمين اللي كانوا دايمًا سبب في نجاحنا واستمرارنا. ❤️
