Teaching our kids to eat healthy doesn’t mean we prevent them from eating their own cravings ..it means we teach them to always include vegetables, fruits and healthy carbs to their daily diets ..so if your kids want to enjoy their cheat meal let them happily do it but always make sure to load some vegetables and complex carbs to it.
so mommies dont feel guilty anymore and let them safely enjoy some comfort food as we do 😋🥰
