Embark on a journey of Southeast Asian cuisine in this warm and friendly venue, open for lunch and dinner. Embrace the casual atmosphere and sample a range of authentic delights from Chinese, Japanese and Thai cuisine. Philippian Chef Michael Mapanao was recently appointed for the position Restaurant Manager for Ginger Asian restaurant at Hilton Alexandria Green Plaza. Chef Mapanao has 15 years of

experience in the hospitality industry where he joined several hotel chains like Marine Resort in Dubai, Sheraton in Pakistan, and Fairmont Hotel in Egypt. Then he came to Egypt joined the opening team in Little Buddha Sharm El Sheikh at Tropitel Naama Bay as Sous Chef and then became the Area Restaurant Chef in Sharm El Sheikh & Hurghada. His long strong experience qualified him to run a wide variety of cuisine from Japanese, Sushi and Teppanyaki. Besides his leadership and creativity, Mapanao will surpass the hotel success missions and will improve the customer satisfaction in all aspects. Opening Hours: everyday from 12 noon until 12 midnight
