"نظراً لطبيعة منتجاتنا (حبوب القهوة المختصة والمحمصة)، وحرصاً على سلامة الجودة، فإننا نعتذر عن عدم إمكانية استرجاع أو استبدال المنتج بعد فتحه أو استلامه، إلا في حال وجود عيب في التغليف أو خطأ في نوع الطلب من جانبنا. كافة المبيعات نهائية."
2. سياسة الشحن (Shipping Policy):
"نقوم بتوصيل طلباتنا لجميع أنحاء الجمهورية. يتم تجهيز الطلب وشحنه خلال 24-48 ساعة عمل. تستغرق مدة التوصيل عادةً من 2 إلى 5 أيام عمل حسب المحافظة."
