This is the first time I let you inside our World
The first time you see the faces behind NIB
And no this isn’t a “we made it” moment !

We’re still far from where we’re going.
But I’ve learned to celebrate milestones, and this one matters ..

اللي جاي ده للناس اللي شايلين الرحلة معايا من أولها
البوست ده مكتوب ليكم انتم 🤍

آخر ٣ شهور كانوا تقال.
ضغط، طلوع ونزول، توتر…
والتيم ده شال أكتر من الشغل بكتيير ..شالني أنا كمان.

استحملوا توتري، ضغطى، ومشاعري،
وفي نفس الوقت اشتغلوا، وركزوا، وكبروا، وفضلوا يطلعوا أحسن كل يوم.
كنت بشوفهم بيتطوروا خطوة خطوة،
وكل خطوة كانت بتأكدلي إن الطريق ده يستاهل.

والموضوع ما وقفش عند المطبخ بس.
ورا NIB في team برا المطبخ هما أساس المشروع ده،
من الحسابات، للتوصيل، للتخطيط، للسوشيال ميديا
كل واحد فيكم ليه دور حقيقي، وتأثيره واضح حتى لو مش دايمًا باين.

المطبخ ده مش مكان بنخبز فيه بس.
ده مكان اتبنت فيه ثقة، حب ، صبر، وقوة.
مكان بنتعلم كل يوم فيه ان القوة في الجماعة.
