For the second semester in a row, we’re proud to conclude our semester collaboration with Nile University – School of Business Administration - Nile University 🤝
The shortlisted students teams from the Marketing Research course presented their final course projects for Wadi Food in front of Wadi Group’s management team: Mr. Khalil Nasrallah - VP for Business Excellence, Mr. Mostafa Mehana – CEO Wadi Food, Mr. Andrew Salama – Group Head of Corporate Marketing, Ms. Mary Shakour – Wadi Food Commercial Head, Ms. Abir Freiji – Wadi Food Junior Executive – Further Processed Chicken, Mr. Hussam Askar – Group Head of Human Resources, Mr. Ahmed Tawfik – Wadi Food Research and Development Manager, Ms. Nour El Gammal – Group Marketing Team Leader and Ms. Merna Radwan, Wadi Food Category Lead.
The presentations reflected strong strategic thinking, creativity, and market understanding, leaving a great impression on our leadership team.
Special thanks to: Prof. Hayam Wahba – Dean of the School of Business Administration for her valuable presence, Dr. Menatalla KAOUD – Associate Professor of Marketing for making this collaboration possible, Dr. Noha Alaa Eldine – Head of Industry Linkage Committee and Ms. Sahar Salem – Teaching Assistant. A due thank you as well goes to Ms. Salma El Bardissy – Wadi Food Category Lead for her valuable input & detailed project brief.
We look forward to continuing our collaboration with Nile University in the coming semesters.

قدّمت الفرق الطلابية المختارة من مقرر تخصص التسويق مشروعاتها النهائية لعلامة وادي فوود التجارية أمام قيادات مجموعة الوادي.
وقد عكست العروض مستوى متميزًا من التفكير الاستراتيجي والإبداع وفهم السوق، ونالت إعجاب فريق الإدارة.

فخورون بمشاركة نجاحنا في اختتام الدورة الثانية عشرة من أكاديمية الوادي للدواجن، لتكون محطة جديدة في رحلتنا نحو دعم التعليم المتخصص والارتقاء بتميّز صناعة الدواجن.

على مدار السنوات، واصلت الأكاديمية تطورها على مستوى المحتوى العلمي والتنظيم، لتصل إلى معايير دولية وتصبح منصة قيّمة للتعلّم العملي والتطوير المهني.

ما يميّز هذه الأكاديمية حقًا هو تركيزها القوي على الخبرة العملية في مجال الدواجن؛ حيث تُقدَّم المحاضرات والجلسات على أيدي خبراء ومتخصصين في الصناعة يمتلكون خبرات ميدانية حقيقية ونجاحات مثبتة، لينقلوا خلاصة سنوات طويلة من المعرفة والرؤى والتجارب العملية في أربعة أيام مكثفة من التعلّم المؤثر. كما تساعد التقييمات القصيرة خلال البرنامج على ضمان تفاعل المشاركين وقياس فعالية التدريب.

خالص الشكر والتقدير لكل زملائنا في وادي، الذين تساهم جهودهم ومحاضراتهم وتنظيمهم في نجاح هذه الدورات وخروجها بهذا المستوى المتميز.

Proud to share that we have successfully concluded the 12th round of the Wadi Poultry Academy — another milestone in our journey of advancing poultry education and industry excellence.
Over the years, the Academy has continuously evolved in both curriculum and organization, reaching international standards and becoming a valuable platform for practical learning and professional development.
What makes this Academy truly special is its strong focus on real-world poultry expertise. Our sessions are delivered by industry professionals with hands-on experience and proven success in the field, transforming decades of knowledge, insights, and practical know-how into four intensive days of impactful learning. Short assessments throughout the program help ensure both participant engagement and training effectiveness.
A sincere thank you to all Wadi colleagues whose dedication, lectures, and organizational efforts make these sessions possible. Special appreciation as well to our valued partners at Aviagen for their continuous support and contribution through their international experts since the Academy’s establishment.

اختتام برنامج “Women on Track”
لم يكن مجرد حفل ختامي
… بل لحظة حقيقية نرى فيها أثر رحلة استمرت لعامين كاملين
رحلة مليئة بالتجربة، التحدي، والتغيير الحقيقي.

في هذا اليوم، لم نتحدث عن تمكين المرأة كشعار… بل شاهدناه كواقع.

14 شركة رائدة شاركت قصصها بكل شفافية،
قصص بدأت بتحديات حقيقية داخل بيئات العمل، وانتهت بنتائج ملموسة: تحسن في ظروف العمل، زيادة في الاحتفاظ بالموظفين، وثقة أكبر داخل فرق العمل. القصص لم تكن نظرية… كانت مدعومة بالأرقام، وبالتجربة، وبشهادات من قلب الشركات نفسها.

ومن أكثر اللحظات حيوية في اليوم كان
“معرض الأدوات والحلول”،
مساحة نابضة بالحياة أشبه بخلية نحل، حيث اجتمع الحضور حول 15 أداة عملية تم عرضها،
من حلول رقمية، إلى ألعاب تفاعلية، إلى تقنيات الواقع الافتراضي، إلى أدلة تطبيقية. أدوات ليست للعرض فقط… بل للاستخدام الفعلي داخل الشركات، لخلق بيئات عمل أكثر شمولاً، أمانًا، وابتكارًا.

وشملت الجهات العارضة :
الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي، وهيئة الأمم المتحدة للمرأة، وصندوق الأمم المتحدة للسكان، ومؤسسة Safe Egypt، وSmart Civic Solutions.

بمشاركة أكثر من 100 شخص من قيادات القطاع الخاص وشركاء التنمية، كانت الفعالية مساحة حقيقية للتبادل والتعلم والتفكير المشترك.

الشركات المشاركة: راية القابضة، إلسويدي، سيمنز موبيليتي، أتوس، بنك مصر، جيزة سيستمز، كونتكت للوساطة التأمينية، بريدفاست، بوستا، كوينز، ساذرلاند جلوبال سيرفيسز، إيجيبت ماتيريالز، رواد، وادي جروب، كوهني + ناجل وإيجيبريت.

برنامج Women on Track
يتم تنفيذه من خلال الوكالة الألمانية للتعاون الدولي (GIZ) بتكليف من الحكومة الألمانية.

The closing Event of the Women on Track programme was not just an event, it was a powerful moment to witness the outcome of a two-year journey shaped by learning, challenge, and real transformation.

This was not a conversation about women’s empowerment as a concept, it was a demonstration of what it looks like in practice.

14 leading companies took the stage to share their stories, honestly and openly. Stories that began with real workplace challenges and evolved into measurable progress: improved working conditions, stronger employee retention, and increased trust within teams. These were not abstract successes, they were backed by data, experience, and tangible internal change.

One of the most dynamic highlights of the day was the Tools Market, a vibrant, high-energy space that truly felt like a hive of activity. We showcased 15 practical tools designed to support inclusive workplaces, from digital solutions and VR experiences to interactive board games and hands-on manuals. These were not just ideas on display, but ready-to-use solutions that companies can directly apply.

The organizations exhibiting tools included GIZ, UN Women, UNFPA, Safe Egypt, and Smart Civic Solutions.

With over 100 participants from the private sector and development partners, the event created a space for real exchange, reflection, and collaboration.

Participating companies: Raya Holding, Elsewedy, Siemens Mobility, Atos, Banque Misr, Giza Systems, Contact Insurance Brokerage, Breadfast, B***a, Koinz, Sutherland Global Services, Egypt Materials, Rowad, Wadi Group, Kuehne + Nagel, and EgyBrit.

The Women on Track programme is implemented by GIZ and commissioned by the German Government.
