LOBSTER BISQUE, F.Burger style 🦞

We slow-simmer lobster heads and shells for that deep, rich flavor, then blend it smooth with onion, carrot, and garlic.

At the bottom – sautéed onion, garlic, and fresh herbs.
We pour the silky bisque over the top, French-style, and finish it with juicy shrimp and a drizzle of homemade green herb oil.
