Esta semana tenemos como especial el pan de Zanahoria y Centeno, una combinación riquísima de la ligera dulzura de la zanahoria y el agrio del Centeno. Hecho con masa madre y pepas de girasol, este pan no es solamente delicioso, pero también muy nutritivo.

¡Hola Ibarra! Este miércoles nos vemos en la feria de la Plazoleta del Águila de 9:30 a 12:30. Vamos con toda nuestra variedad de panes ricos, saludables y hechos de forma artesanal y con los mejores ingredientes ¡Aprovechen y hagan su pedido para que no se pierdan su pan favorito!

El especial de esta semana: PAN DE CENTENO CON NUECES y PAN DE FINAS HIERBAS

Sobre el Pan de Centeno con Nueces creemos que es una maravilla! A un lado el centeno con sus notas amargas y su sabor a campo, a pan tradicional, a pan original, al verdadero pan, y al otro lado la nuez y la explosión de sabores complejos y deliciosos que desarrolla en el paladar. Un pan perfecto para cada tipo de acompañante, sea algo dulce como mermelada o crema de chocolate, a algo de sal con sabor fuerte como quesos, embutidos o incluso tofu.
