Freshly baked artisanal sourdough at your doorstep! We deliver within the surrounding areas of Canoa. Our sourdough starter ¨Ms.

We have made Canoa a home for more than 13 years but we come from the pacific islands to the great Niagara Falls, where farmers markets and mini-micro bakeries are the norm. Patty¨ comes from a German-Canadian decent of 13 years being active surrounded by vineyards and has even extended to the lush of Costa Rica. We love fresh bread and would love to share it to others to make your heart rejoice from the coast!

Three classics, one love for sourdough.

From the rustic, airy ciabatta of Italy 🇮🇹, to the crisp, golden baguette of France 🇫🇷, to the chewy, boiled-and-baked bagel with roots in Eastern European Jewish baking 🥯 — each one has its own history, character, and way of being made.

Three different origins, three unique textures, all made even more special with naturally fermented sourdough. 🌾✨

Slow fermentation. Simple ingredients. Good bread.

Sourdough is one of the oldest continuously practiced food traditions that is part of Hospitality, Friendship, Peace and Reconciliation and Community. Every loaf is made fresh with the goal of “ breaking bread “ with your people and to make your heart and gut rejoice!
