About Surf’n Dine

Dear Valued Guests,

As we welcome back our loyal patrons as well as new exciting faces for the high season, we wish to address some recent challenges we’ve faced. Unfortunately, we encountered a legal situation with the previous tenant, who unlawfully subleased the property in violation of his contractual agreement. This resulted in an unexpected lockout, designed to prevent the property owner from pursuing action against him.

After careful consideration, we have determined that pursuing legal action may not be the most beneficial course. Instead, we are focusing on evaluating potential relocation options and exploring exciting franchise opportunities.

The outpouring of support and positive feedback from our community has been truly inspiring. We have received inquiries from interested parties eager to discuss the possibility of franchising Surf’n Dine. While we may not reopen for this season, we are optimistic about the future and look forward to keeping you updated on our progress.

Thank you for your understanding and continued support. We can’t wait to serve you again soon!

Warm regards,
The Surf’n Dine Team
