American Airlines or traveling in a trap.
Booking a direct flight from Miami to Dominica, American Airlines modified our flight via Porto Rico, forced us to sleep one night before to travel the day after to Dominica. No customer service, we have to close our business one more day, to pay for transfers, food and hotel in Porto Rico. No help, no care from American Airlines : just a shame...
