What a day!!

sat up one of the best and most well exicuted michelin ceremonies I have ever been to, the weather keept dry and one of the most awaited stars finally found it's way to Wildersgade ❤️

Now we're back for one more week before we close down for two weeks and then the Summer is rolling in.

The star still shining bright over Thy and all the amazing people..... love ya all ❤️

For some a favorite fish, for some bit of a challenge.

The danish mackerel is in season and will soon hit the menu as a duo-serving. Raw and cooked.

Dry-aged for 4 days straight from the auction, for a more intense umami.

Don't think you ever had mackerel before.. stay tuned.

The menu is getting greener every minute now 💚

Even though we're always a few weeks behind compared to the rest of DK, the menu is slowly getting greener as we speak.

This year we add our own small garden to our repertoire. Understanding the seasons is very important and the garden will provide just that. A sharp and real-life sight of the season around us.

Can't wait for the summer to finally arrive.
