And we’re back! Our favorite bar is very kindly letting us use their space for another pop-up!

Check out our menu for Monday, we’re serving some amazing potato soup with chickpeas, homemade bread that is also vegan (and mega-tasty with chipotle chili) but you can also add pulled pork to make it extra 🤤 🤤 🤤

We’re going to be doing a popup bar/snack with some nice oysters and snacks in Nordhavn!

Here’s the menu:

🍞 Grilled focaccia bread with garlic and fresh herbs

🧀 Pimento cheese spread

🍅 Roasted tomato dip

🦞 Lobster with cucumbers, aioli and pickled red onions

🥬 Grilled broccoli, asparagus, spring onion, lemon and chives salad

🥓 Bacon relish

Food is for 2x people in the form of sustainable takeaway boxes and includes 2 of your favorite drinks, which can be pre-ordered through our webshop. It costs only 225,- and you can also get amazing Rømø oysters 🦪 for 25,- each!

Kombucha Time will launch a pop-up kombucha bar at the Blanc Space Studio in Copenhagen from the 15th to the 18th of June.
Bringing this fizzy, fermented drink to Denmark, Julie Boye-Hansen wants to share her passion for Kombucha in a space to taste, learn, and share.

Come for a night of great food, amazing wine tasting and DJ set!!!

4 course dinner menu:

🥗 Fritto misto di verdure (årstidens grøntsager dybtstegte) og trøffelaioli

🍝 Gnocchi med pesto, burrata, grillede grønne bønner og ristede pinjekerner

🐟 Savoykål og grillede torskeruller, årstidens blomster, jomfruhummerbisque og pastinakpuré

🍮 Mørk chokolademousse, hindbærsauce og karamelliserede mandler

🥖 Surdejsfocaccia og olivenolie serveres sammen med hovedret.

Wine pairing:

🥂 TerraQuilia – Terrebianche Spumante Extra Brut 2018: From Emilia-Romagna, mix of Pignoletto and Trebbiano (75/25) with a good structure, acidity and minerality.

🥂 De Fermo – Don Carlino 2021: From Abruzzo, 100% Pecorino with a lot of structure and freshness.

🥂 Zidarich – Green/Verde 2020: From Carso, Friuli, Vitovska/Malvasia blend (90/10) with a few days of maceration, hint of fruit, minerality and depth.

About Terkel Nørgaard:

Besides wine, music is actually my main thing, being a professionel drummer and composer for almost 20 years. And from time to time I also spin my favorit music as a DJ. Right now I’m very much in to Brazilian music – everything from Samba, Bossa Nova, Funk, Boogie and Disco, chem out the playlist I did where you can find some of my Brazilian favorites including some NYC 70’s jazz and beyond.

Terkel is sommelier & manager at Terroiristen, one the first (if not the first) wine bar and wine shop in Copenhagen to work with natural wine. Terkel also works for the wineimport Winewise, who owns Terroiristen, which is one of the most popular wineimporters in town specialized in italian and central-/eastern european wines. He will share his knowledge in the evening, introducing the wines himself and playing some great tunes during the night!
