The new Pinsa of the Month is born from the balance of contrasts.

Smoky speck meets the deep creaminess of gorgonzola, softened by mozzarella and mascarpone cream.
Semi-dried cherry tomatoes bring a touch of sun, walnuts add texture, and basil finishes with freshness.

It’s a pinsa that doesn’t try to impress, but to be remembered.
To be enjoyed slowly, only at Pinsame, this month.

Roman pinsa is made from a light, highly digestible dough, handcrafted with artisanal care.
Long fermentation, precise movements, and respect for time transform carefully selected flours into a base that is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside.
A slow, authentic process where quality is built every day, one pinsa at a time. 🍕😁

The Pinsa Romana is a delight of Italian tradition, a lighter and crispier version of the classic pizza. Its main characteristic is the dough, made from a blend of flours (wheat, rice, and soy), which makes it highly digestible—crispy on the outside but soft on the inside. The long fermentation process (up to 72 hours) enhances its lightness, preventing the heaviness often associated with less matured doughs.

Why should you try it? Because it strikes the perfect balance between tradition and innovation: it has the rustic flavor of an ancient bread with the versatility of a modern pizza. Plus, thanks to its airy and crunchy texture, it enhances any topping, from classic tomato and mozzarella to gourmet versions with burrata, mortadella, and pistachios. An irresistible experience for any food lover!
