This classic piece of "Smørrbrød" is a classic in the Danish lunchbox. This version is made up from buttered rye bread, liver patè topped with crispy bacon, sliced cucumber and watercress. The Danish pickled herring is produced in various combinations. There are 100's of ways to serve it 😋 How do you like it?
