A volunteer run non-profit café and culture hub, aiming to assist with integration to denmark in various ways. The café is a social economic activity (non-profit), operated by Frederiksberg Integration Association (FIF) and The Churches Integration Ministry (KIT). The surplus from operations goes to humanitarian and integration projects in Denmark and abroad. Café Cadeau is the framework for a Dro
p-in-Center, with the aim to offer immigrants advice on local economy, law and health, and to provide confidential individual conversations. Café Cadeau is also the frame for cultural events, for example information, music and theme nights, as well as free language classes. Both the café and the Drop-in-Center are run by volunteering Danes and immigrants, with the desire that integration takes place at user-, volunteer- and management level. Alle er velkomne - ogsa små børn og deres familier. Caféen er en socialøkonomisk virksomhed (non-profit), der drives af Frederiksberg Integrationsforening (FIF) og Kirkernes Integrations Tjeneste (KIT). Overskuddet af driften går til humanitære og integrationsprojekter i ind- og udland. Café Cadeau danner ramme for et Drop-in-Center, med formålet at tilbyde nydanskere rådgivning på områder som økonomi, jura og sundhed samt at give mulighed for fortrolige individuelle samtaler. Café Cadeau afvikler også kulturarrangementer, f.eks. informations-, musik- og tema-aftener. Både caféen og Drop-in-Centeret drives af frivillige danskere og nydanskere i fællesskab, med ønsket om at integration finder sted på bruger-, frivillig- og lederniveau.
