A cake created with love, respect for tradition, and attention to every detail♥️
This cake was specially created for a beloved Persian family, inspired by the elegant aromas and flavors of Persian cuisine.

The chocolate sponge was made with premium Danish 80% dark chocolate, pure cocoa, and Greek yogurt, creating a rich, moist, and velvety texture.

Each layer was lightly soaked with a syrup infused with rose water and cardamom, a delicate tribute to the timeless flavors of Persian culture.
The cake is filled with two luxurious layers: a silky dark chocolate ganache and dulce de leche, balancing the richness of chocolate with a gentle caramel note.
It is finished with fresh berries, touches of edible gold, and carefully selected natural white orchids, adding elegance, freshness, and sophistication.

Because every cake tells a story, and this one was created to celebrate two very special birthdays.
