It’s apple season in Denmark! 🍎🥧

Apples everywhere, autumn in the air, and a little inspiration for something delicious in the kitchen.
Inspired by Denmark’s apple season, I baked this moist apple cake, topped with golden, tender apples.
A taste of autumn — perfect with a cup of coffee and a little moment of Danish hygge. 🤍

Small in size. Unforgettable in flavour. ✨

At Nouri, we believe dessert is not simply the end of a meal. It is the moment when one spoonful awakens the palate and the experience begins all over again.

From the bright acidity of our lemon curd, awakening the palate before melting gently into silky mascarpone cream and delicate cake…

To the intense tropical character of passion fruit, beautifully sharp and fragrant, balanced with smooth mascarpone and finished with a glossy fruit reduction and its distinctive seeds.

Our strawberry creation brings a different kind of pleasure: ripe strawberries transformed into a vibrant natural sauce, layered with strawberry mascarpone cream and a delicate buttery Digestive base.

And this is only the beginning.

🥭 Mango
🥥 Coconut
🍋 Lemon
💛 Passion fruit
🍓 Strawberry
☕ Tiramisu
🥛 Tres leches
…and more combinations created especially for your occasion.

Individual desserts for birthdays, celebrations, private gatherings, events and catering.
