They are both professionals in service and restaurant business. Filippo Farinelli is also the owner of a successful restaurant “Civico 25” in Perugia, Umbria that existed for more than 15 years. Eating in Forketta is a beautiful experience, thanks to the small, warm and cozy location in the Nørrebro neighbourhood, the strong attention at the service, handled as Italians are used to do, with charm, smile and care.
