Gro Spiseri is an eatery levelled above the city as a part of the community supported agricultural project ØsterGRO rooftop farm. As an eatery we consists of a small team of excellent chefs and staff who loves creating a social and informal food experience, based on organic production delivered to us from local growers, producers, slow-impact fisherman and hunters - everything with a love and care
for nature. Almost all the crops goes for the members of the rooftop garden but kitchen utilizes majority of the flowers and herbs and honey. Kitchen focuses only with the seasonality and working with all the others organic and sustainable local Danish farms around. WE SERVE DINNER, BREAKFAST AND LUNCH BUT WE ALSO HOST CORPORATE EVENTS, MEETINGS WEDDINGS ETC. We are a concept restaurant, that host one community table with room for 25 people. The food is served on shared plates, as you sit at our long table in the beautiful and cosy greenhouse. And throughout the evening our chefs and staff will present as they prepare food, serve and take care of you in the dining room. Our kitchen operates on yearly seasonal provisions, which means the menu changes by what is available, and it’s always accompanied by a good selection of natural wines, beers and non-alcoholic drinks.
