Hija de Sánchez

Hija de Sánchez is a taqueria in Kødbyen all year around and in Torvehallerne during the spring-summe
(581)

The taqueria was inspired by the romance of Mexico's outdoor markets—the sensory connection between the cook & and their customers. Hija de Sánchez sources the best corn & chiles from Oaxaca, serving up freshly made tortillas filled with the best local products.

Masa is the heart of everything we do. That’s why every new member of our team goes through a masa class before anything else, not just to learn the steps, but to understand why we make it the way we do. We respect this process deeply, and we want everyone on our team to know exactly how our masa is made, from start to finish. 🌽
