☕🎥 Three days. Thousands of cups. One shared obsession. 🎥☕

The early mornings when the lights came on and the grinders started first.
The rush when the doors opened.
The quiet concentration at cupping tables.
The cheers from competition stages.
The laughter, the reunions, the “you have to try this one” moments.

For one long weekend, everything revolved around coffee, and the people who care about it. From seasoned professionals to curious newcomers, everyone shared the same space, the same tables, the same excitement 🥳

Champions were crowned.
Ideas sparked.
Palates stretched.
Memories made.

And then, suddenly, it was over.
Empty cups. Packed boxes. One last look around before the lights went off.

But festivals don’t really end - they echo.
In the coffees you kept thinking about.
In the people you met.
In the feeling that something special happened here.

☕✨ DCF Cupping — That was a lot of coffee. ✨☕

Saturday we gathered at and tasted our way through a huge selection of coffees from the Danish Coffee Festival. Not every roaster could be there — but most were represented, and the tables were packed with incredible beans from all over the world.

Spooning, slurping, comparing notes, discovering new favourites… and occasionally asking, “Wait, which cup was that again?” 👀

The room was filled with curious palates, lively conversations, and the kind of quiet focus that only happens when everyone is leaning over the same table, chasing flavour.

Huge thanks to everyone who came by and made it such a great day.

Missed a coffee at the Danish Coffee Festival?
Or just want to relive it? Join us this Saturday february 21st👀

We’re bringing a huge selection of festival coffees together for a public cupping at MK Studio — with beans from 50+ roasters and even more cups on the table. Not everyone can be there, but most will be represented. It’s basically the festival… distilled into one room, and it’s free to enten!

⏰ Cuppings start at 11:00, Saturday 21st of February
🔁 New tables go live every hour until closing

☕✨ That’s a wrap — Danish Coffee Festival 2026. ✨☕

Sunday marked the final day of this year’s festival, and what a way to finish.
Three champions were crowned — Barista, Brewers Cup .poma , and Cup Tasters — after a weekend of focus, nerves, precision, and incredible coffee. Huge congratulations to all competitors who stepped on stage and gave it their all, it’s no easy task, and we celebrate all competitors for taking the leap 🏆

Out on the floor, the energy never dropped.
Coffee lovers tasting, asking questions, discovering new favourites. Exhibitors swapping coffees with the people they’ve been standing next to all weekend — sharing brews, stories, and laughs now that the rush had settled - what and amazing community it is.

It’s moments like these that remind us what this festival is really about:
community, curiosity, generosity, and a shared love for coffee — from first sip to final cup.

Thank you to everyone who joined us.
The visitors. The competitors. The judges. The exhibitors. The volunteers.
You made this festival what it was. 🫶

☕✨ Day 1 — That was something special. ✨☕

The first day of the Danish Coffee Festival 2026 is officially done — and what a start! We can’t wait till today starts.
Curious crowds, packed cups, and great conversations that shifted from “what’s in this?” to “wait, taste this one.”

Baristas were pouring with big smiles (and very steady hands), roasters were talking flavour, process, and origin, and the floor was buzzing with people genuinely excited about coffee.

The semi-finalists have been found — and the level was high. Fast reactions, sharp palates, and some seriously impressive performances. The finals are coming. See the Semi finalists in our story.
