For the finale of at Tivoli Food Festival, Michelin chef made the THY BURGER with Thybo-cheese, white cabbage, ’s juniper mayo and pickled elderflower-marinated onions. It has been a real pleasure to work with such great chefs and see their ideas come to life. Big thanks to everyone who came by! 💚

To be named No. 5 in the world by in the same year we celebrate our 10th anniversary is something very special for us. So today, we are feeling grateful, humbled and incredibly proud.

Gasoline Grill started with a simple idea: to make the best burger we possibly could, every day, without shortcuts. Ten years later, this recognition means a lot. Not because it changes who we are, but because it celebrates the work, care and consistency that so many people have put into this place over the years.
