🎶🪈 A musical tribute from the Andes.
Beyond the kitchen, Chef Mauro is also a musician and composer.
For this celebration, he performed Andean melodies on the quena, dedicating each piece to the birthday guest — a soulful tribute filled with nostalgia, tradition and warmth.
