Restaurant RADIO Du kan se på vores menu og smage i vores retter, at vi på Restaurant RADIO har noget på hjerte. Det samme gælder, når de italienske trøfler er på deres højeste.

Vi arbejder året rundt med tidens bedste råvarer, så du i en uhøjtidelig atmosfære får en ny gastronomisk oplevelse, hver gang du kommer forbi. RADIO er et uhøjtideligt spisested, 100 meter fra Forum København, 200 meter fra Søerne og med det smukke gamle radiohus som genbo. På RADIO arbejder vi året rundt med de bedste råvarer, den danske sæson byder os. I køkkenet følger vi sæsonens gang dag for

dag – fra årets første stenbiderrogn og forårets sprøde rabarber til sommerens friske grønne ærter, efterårets svampe og vildt og vinterens smukke, smagfulde variationer af kål. Derfor arbejder vi med en dynamisk menu, som skifter hver måned, så du hele året igennem kan opleve sæsonens skiftende smage. Grøntsagerne indtager en prominent rolle, når vi udvikler månedens menu, og vi har altid mindst én vegetarisk ret på menukortet. Men vi holder også meget af alt det gode fra havet, og vi anvender kun skånsomt fanget fisk. Vi bliver også altid glade, når jægerne bringer fasaner, harer, rådyr og andet af skovens vildt til køkkendøren. Men vores eneste dogme er smag – og derfor går vi ikke af vejen for at bruge en skefuld caviar, når det giver mening. Så låner vi også gerne lidt ekstra luksus til menuen her. Vi serverer det hele i en uhøjtidelig og afslappet atmosfære, hvor aftenen handler om dig og dine gæster. Med andre ord gør vi os umage for, at du føler dig hjemme på RADIO. Derfor er det også vigtigt for os at holde prisen i et leje, som gør det muligt at besøge os ofte.

On the 9th of June, Kamilla Seidler and Vanessa Barrades invite you to the table for an evening inspired by the flavours, warmth, and rhythms of South America.

Together, they have created a vibrant menu rooted in their shared love for South American cuisine.

Highlights from the evening’s menu includes:

Ceviche with ají amarillo.
