Chris Franklin står bag kreationerne i Judies køkken og henter sin inspiration fra de mange køkkener, kulturer og mennesker, han har mødt gennem sin karriere.
Efter sin læretid på blandt andet Hotel Frederiksminde, en Michelin-restaurant med fokus på kvalitet og innovation, rejste Chris ud i verden for at udforske nye madkulturer og smage. Siden har han været køkkenchef, vundet Danmarksmesterskabet i smørrebrød i 2019 og åbnet Judie sammen med gode venner fra branchen i 2023.
I dag danner hans nysgerrighed, erfaring og sans for smag fundamentet for køkkenet ombord. Og hvis du har smagt en af vores mange hjemmelavede snaps, har du også mødt en anden af Chris’ store passioner.

Chris Franklin is the creative force behind Judie’s kitchen, drawing inspiration from the many cuisines, cultures and people he has encountered throughout his career.
After training at, among others, Hotel Frederiksminde – a Michelin-starred restaurant known for its focus on quality and innovation – Chris travelled the world in search of new flavours and culinary traditions. Since then, he has worked as a head chef, won the Danish Smørrebrød Championship in 2019, and co-founded Judie with good friends from the industry in 2023.
Today, his curiosity, experience and sense of flavour form the foundation of the kitchen on board. And if you’ve tried one of our many homemade schnapps, you’ve already encountered another of Chris’ great passions.
