Yesterday in Huila, we visited Duver and Yenifer Rojas at Finca Las Delicias.

We’ve been working with Duver for over 15 years, initially as part of the Desarollo project here in Gigante.

An aging producer population is a struggle here in Colombia. Duver and his family are pushing back against this trend. His daughter, Yenifer, trained as a cupper in San Agustín, and is now running the farm together with Duver, ensuring high quality in the cup.

We are excited to share a washed Gesha from Duver and Yenifer early next year.

This week, we are back in the Huila region in Colombia!

We’re here to revisit some of our existing partnerships, meet new producers, and source coffees for the seasons ahead.

There’s something special about returning to the farms. Walking the fields, sharing knowledge, and seeing the work behind every cup.

Each of our coffee shop has its own character, while still feeling unmistakably like us.

For our coffee shop in Carlsberg Byen, we wanted the interior to feel connected to the history and character of the area.

Together with Danish Carpentry, Design Studies and Dinesen, we created a space where natural materials, craftsmanship and the architecture of Carlsberg Byen come together.

A month ago, the people behind Inka Rumi visited our new shop at Trianglen for a cupping. During the visit we learned that the cooperative stores its coffee at 3,000 metres, where the dry, stable climate keeps conditions well controlled, contributing to the transparency in the cup.

Four incredible days in Brussels at World of Coffee - where the global coffee community comes together in one place.

It’s easy to forget that behind every cup of coffee is an extraordinary number of people. Years - often generations - of knowledge, craftsmanship and relationships all come together in something many of us drink in just a few minutes.

That’s what makes World of Coffee so special.

A huge thank you to everyone who stopped by our stand, shared a coffee with us, asked questions, caught up, or simply introduced yourselves.

Thank you to Wide Awake Coffee for opening their doors, and allowing us to present our coffees in their shop.

We leave Brussels inspired, grateful to be part of this incredible community, and more convinced than ever that great coffee is built on great relationships.
